Abaya & Scarf
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your abaya and scarf, please follow these care instructions:
- Hand wash only (for abayas) – Our abayas are made from delicate fabrics and should not be washed in a machine.
- For scarves, machine washing is allowed – Use warm water and place the scarf in a wash bag to protect the fabric.
- Avoid tumble drying – Let both air dry to preserve their shape and softness.
- Use warm water & mild detergent – Harsh detergents can damage the fabric and embellishments.
- Machine washing abayas is not recommended – It may ruin the fabric and cause embellishments to fall off.
- Steaming is preferred – To gently remove wrinkles without damaging the fabric.
- If ironing, use low heat – High heat can weaken or damage the material.

Your height will help determine which approximately is your best size fitting. For example, if your body height is 153 cm, then the recommended item length is 52”, with the recommended sleeve length of 26.5”. Note the measurements are for the Abaya itself, NOT BODY MEASUREMENTS.
If you are planning to wear the Abaya with long heels, we recommend adding one or two inches extra.
