Returns
You have 5 days after recieving your order to request a return. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images of our products to ensure you have a clear understanding of your purchase. Please note that while we make every effort to accurately display the colors of our products , lighting may cause slight variations in shade.
Return Process:
- You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–9 business days for your return to be processed.
- Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund, depending on their policies.

Damages & Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
At Jumeirah Boutique, customer satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Some items may not be available in stock for exchange. In this case, we will issue store credit, allowing you to purchase a different item of your choice.
